Refund Policy
At THAITAXISERVICES, we prioritize advance planning and professional execution. As such, all types of prepayments are non-refundable, unless a cancellation or change of service is initiated by the service provider.

Cancellations made by the client are not eligible for a refund.
If cancellation is necessary, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled time so we can assist with coordination or alternative arrangements.
If payment is made via an online channel and a technical error or accidental duplicate charge occurs, please contact [email protected] with proof of payment for internal review.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days after receiving full documentation.
Note: THAITAXISERVICES is not responsible for cancellations initiated by the client due to personal reasons or last-minute changes without valid justification.
