Refund Policy

At THAITAXISERVICES, we prioritize advance planning and professional execution. As such, all types of prepayments are non-refundable, unless a cancellation or change of service is initiated by the service provider.

 

Key Terms:

  • Cancellations made by the client are not eligible for a refund.

  • If cancellation is necessary, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled time so we can assist with coordination or alternative arrangements.

  • If payment is made via an online channel and a technical error or accidental duplicate charge occurs, please contact [email protected] with proof of payment for internal review.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days after receiving full documentation.

Note: THAITAXISERVICES is not responsible for cancellations initiated by the client due to personal reasons or last-minute changes without valid justification.
