We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for all services to ensure availability, especially during peak travel times.

5. What languages do your drivers speak?

Our drivers primarily speak Thai, but many also speak basic English. If you require an English-speaking driver or another language, please let us know when booking.

 

Payment and Pricing

 

6. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), Payment gateway and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

7. Are your prices fixed or do they vary?

Our prices are typically fixed based on the service and destination. However, additional fees may apply for special requests, such as extra stops or waiting time. Please note that once a booking is confirmed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

8. Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes, you can cancel your booking within 2 weeks prior to the scheduled service. However, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply.

9. Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Refunds depend on the time of cancellation. If you cancel within the allowed time frame, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

We offer a variety of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, vans, minibuses, and buses, to accommodate different group sizes and preferences. You can choose your preferred vehicle type during booking.

While we cannot always guarantee a specific vehicle or driver, you can make a request, and we will do our best to accommodate it based on availability.

13. Are your vehicles insured and well-maintained?

Yes, all of our vehicles are fully insured and undergo regular maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.

14. Are the drivers licensed and professionally trained?

All of our drivers are licensed, professionally trained, and have extensive experience in providing safe and reliable transportation services.

15. Do you provide child safety seats?

Yes, we can provide child safety seats upon request. Please mention this in your booking so we can ensure the appropriate seat is available. Please note that an additional fee will apply for this service.

 

Airport Transfer Questions

 

16. How do I arrange an airport transfer?

You can book an airport transfer through our website or by contacting us via email, WhatsApp, or Line Official. Provide your flight details and the name for the signboard.

  • Suvarnabhumi Airport: Our representative will be waiting for you at Gate 3, Level 2, with a signboard displaying your name.

  • Don Mueang Airport: Our representative will be waiting at Gate 5, Level 1, for international flights, and at Gate 12, Level 1, for domestic flights.

Our services are available 24 hours a day, with no holidays, to assist with your pickup and drop-off.

 

17. What happens if my flight is delayed?

If your flight has already departed, we can wait for you 24 hours a day with no holidays, and rest assured that we will be there to greet you upon arrival. However, if there are any additional details or updates, feel free to contact us at any time to keep us informed.

18. Do you provide meet-and-greet services at the airport?

Yes, our representative will wait for you at the Meeting Point with a sign displaying your name. They will assist you with your luggage, and once you’ve met, they will guide you to the vehicle conveniently and quickly.

19. How long does the driver wait at the airport?

There is no time limit for waiting after your flight has landed. If you expect delays in customs or baggage claim, please let us know in advance.

20. Can I book a return airport transfer?

Yes, you can book both one-way and return airport transfers. Simply provide the details when booking, and we’ll arrange it for you.

21. Do you offer transportation for large groups?

Yes, we have vans and buses available for larger groups. Please contact us for customized group transportation services.

22. Can I book a ride for a multi-stop journey?

For chauffeured vehicle services, the pricing is based on a flat rate. If the service duration exceeds 10 hours, overtime charges will apply. The hourly overtime rate varies depending on the type of vehicle used. There are no restrictions on the number of destinations you can include during the journey.

23. Do you provide tours or sightseeing services?

Yes, we offer customizable tours and sightseeing services around popular destinations in Thailand. Please inquire with our team for more details.

24. Can I book a chauffeur for a full day or multiple days?

You can contact us anytime, 24/7, with no holidays through our website contact form, email, WhatsApp, or Line. We will respond as quickly as possible. For phone inquiries related to business (B2B), our business hours are 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday, in both Thailand and the USA.

28. Can I change my booking after it’s been confirmed?

Yes, you can modify your booking by contacting our customer service team. Changes may be subject to availability and additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

29. How will I receive confirmation of my booking?

You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking once it has been processed. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us. You can also request to receive confirmation via the communication channel you prefer.

 

B2B Credit Terms and Payment Policy

 

30. What are the credit terms for B2B clients?

For our B2B clients, we offer a 30-day billing cycle. Invoices are issued after services are completed, and payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services. For any billing inquiries, please contact our accounting department.
