What a minibus with driver day includes
A day is 10 hours with the same driver. The price covers fuel, expressway tolls, parking and insurance, so your finance team gets one clear number. The day covers up to 300 km, which is plenty for most trips around Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani or Samut Prakan. If the day runs long, overtime is 500 THB per hour.
Planning a company trip by minibus
- Send the plan early. We need at least 24 hours. For seminars and events, a week ahead gives you the best choice of vehicles.
- Give us one contact person. The driver coordinates with them for pick-up times and changes on the day.
- List every stop. For example: office pick-up, hotel seminar, lunch venue, return. In fact, a clear stop list is what keeps a 10-hour day on time.
- Check the language. Our drivers are Thai chauffeurs. However, if your group needs English or Chinese support, we can arrange an interpreter at an extra charge.
