Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The structure varies by service:

  • Ground Transportation:
    A deposit is typically required, especially for long-distance or peak season bookings. The remaining balance must be paid in full via our online payment channels before your travel date. Cash payments are not accepted.
  • Private Jet Charter:
    A 50% deposit is required upon signing the Charter Agreement. The remaining 50% is due 14–30 days before departure.

    Our confirmation is a two-stage process for your convenience:
    1. Immediate Confirmation: Right after booking, you'll receive an email and/or SMS with your finalized itinerary.
    2. Pre-Travel Update: Approximately 24 hours before pickup, you will receive your chauffeur’s name, contact number, and vehicle details to ensure a seamless connection.
  • For Private Jet Charter:
    Confirmation is formalized through two key milestones to ensure utmost security and clarity:
    1. The Agreement: The formal Charter Agreement is mutually signed by all parties.
    2. The Payment: Your initial deposit is successfully received, as stipulated in the agreement.

    For clarity, our standard payment structure is as follows:

    • Deposit Payment (50%): This secures the aircraft exclusively for your trip.
    • Balance Payment (50%): The remainder is typically due 14–30 days before departure, ensuring all costs are settled prior to your flight.

    Once these milestones are met, our team immediately begins flight preparations for your journey.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is structured to be clear and straightforward for each service type:

  • Ground Transportation:
    To ensure fairness for our chauffeurs and proper fleet management, a minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost applies to all confirmed bookings.
    • 50% Charge: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup time
    • 100% Charge: Cancellations less than 48 hours before pickup or no-show

    Note: Stricter conditions may apply during peak holidays or for multi-day bookings, as specified in your quotation.

  • Private Jet Charter:

    Cancellation terms are governed exclusively by your Charter Agreement. Because of significant non-refundable costs—such as aircraft positioning, permits, and crew logistics—we strongly recommend reviewing the agreement carefully before signing.

Airport Transfers

Arriving in Bangkok is worry-free. Our team will welcome you inside the terminal at clearly designated meeting points:

  • Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK):
