4. Response Timeline & Policy

  • For feedback requiring clarification, correction, or a direct response, we aim to reply within 7 business days

  • If feedback leads to significant changes (e.g. article revision), an update note or disclaimer will be published on the affected page

  • Not all feedback will result in a content change, but all will be acknowledged and reviewed internally

 

5. Feedback Ethics & Conduct

  • Abusive, defamatory, or spam content will be disregarded without reply

  • We do not tolerate threats or harassment in any form, and such actions may be reported to relevant authorities
